Stone - Ceramic table fireplace engraving
As part of a material analysis, we lasered a birthday greeting on the lid of a table fireplace.
Laser engraving ceramics takes a surprisingly long time due to the hardness of the material. In order to achieve a clearly visible and tactile depth of the engraving, several passes are required at full power.
In this case, 3 passes took a little over 3 hours. The material is therefore only suitable for series production to a limited extent.
