FAQ

Stainless Steel - Engraving WMF cult coffee tin with coffee measure

Actually, we don't accept orders for one-offs because the risk of damaging the product is relatively high if you don't know the material and its engraving parameters.

In this case we made an exception because
- we ourselves were involved in the gift,
- we chose the product to be engraved ourselves,
- the article itself already had some engravings and
- we had the opportunity to carry out a test engraving in an inconspicuous place.

We not only did the engraving, but also the design. Since in this case a lot of text had to be set for one area, we made a few font and engraving samples in advance to ensure that the font, font size, process and material came together to produce a good result.

The printout serves to check the content (spelling) and the sentence (graphic and sentence errors) as well as to test the area on the later product in order to avoid collisions during engraving.

The test engraving on MDF served to determine whether the writing was fine enough not to have any burned, discolored or fused areas after completion.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the result and hope the recipient will be happy with the coffee container.
